Exciting Changes & New Beginnings at Meridian Photo
The past six months have been a whirlwind of change, growth, and exciting new opportunities for us at Meridian Photo! In December, we officially relocated to Yankton, South Dakota, and we couldn’t be happier to call this community our new home. We were honored to hold our ribbon cutting with Yankton Thrive and the Yankton Chamber of Commerce, and we are incredibly grateful for the warm welcome we’ve received.
Although our physical studio has moved, we want to reassure our Northeast Nebraska clients that we are still proudly serving your communities just as we always have. Our commitment to providing exceptional photography remains unchanged.
A New Studio & A Fresh Start
With our move, we transitioned from our larger Bloomfield location to a new studio space at 313 Walnut Street in Yankton. While the space is smaller, its prime location brings new possibilities, and we’re excited for what’s ahead—especially as summer approaches!
Additionally, we’ve updated our website platform to provide better service to our clients. As with any transition, there may be some growing pains, so we appreciate your patience as we fine-tune the experience. If you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to let us know!
Continuing Education & Professional Growth
In February, we attended Imaging USA in Dallas, Texas, the Professional Photographers of America’s national conference. This event was packed with valuable networking, industry-leading vendors, and educational sessions that help us stay at the forefront of professional photography. I also had the honor of attending the PPA Council Meeting as Nebraska’s representative.
Just this past weekend, we attended our state convention with the Professional Photographers of Nebraska, where we had the opportunity to learn from top instructors and connect with fellow photographers. We are constantly pushing ourselves to grow, improve, and bring the best to our clients.
Looking Ahead
On top of all these changes, I will be stepping into the President position for the Nebraska Community Network in May, another exciting chapter in my professional journey.
